01. How do You photograph sessions?
I love being by your side to help capture your special day. I'll send you a guide to help organize your day, the best moments for the photos, the different lights, and the different locations that works best for your vision.
02. Where are you based and Do you travel?
I'm Bay Area based in Northern California and yes I love to travel! If you want me to photograph your story, it will require a travel fee, depending on where it will take place. But no worries, I always try to find a way to come because I love the way my creativity is quick to work.
03. When will we get our photos?
My usual turnaround time is 1-2 weeks depending on the type of session. Weddings and events may take a little longer, but I always keep you updated!
04. WHat happens if i need to reschedule or cancel?
All final edited images are delivered through a private online gallery where you can view, download, and share your photos. Your gallery comes with an attached online shop where you can easily purchase professional quality prints, canvases, invitations, and more. It's a convenient way to turn your favorite photos into keepsakes.
05. How do i receive my images and can i order prints or products from my gallery?
Life happens-- I get it. Deposits are non-refundable, but with proper notice, we can reschedule your session for another available date. If you need to reschedule, please let me know at least 3 days in advance. Your deposit will transfer to the new date as long as I have availability.
Deposits are non-refundable if you decide to cancel completely, your deposit cannot be applied to future bookings.
For outdoor sessions, if the weather doesn't cooperate, we can reschedule at no additional cost.
